How to make Excretory system Model

Materials
1. Thermocol/ Styrofoam Sheet (1 inch thick )
2. White Glue
3. Cutting Blades
4. Tissue
5. Colours ( Poster or Acrylic Paint )
6. Water
7. Brushes

Where do you get the styrofoam? I am working with your digestive system 3d tutorial and I can't seem to find any styrofoam with reviews that claim it crumbles when carved.
*EDIT:* I found some nice styrofoam at Hobby Lobby! :) Hope this helps
