I have been with you for the month of Matthew, thank you so much for this opportunity to go through the gospels with you. I have never read the bible and this is helping me get to know Jesus and God. Thank you so much.

He is so good. The best part... it may be my face and voice, but it's actually His Word ☺️ He is speaking to you through His Word 🙌🏼 You are hearing the Holy Spirit.
The Book of Acts is a perfect choice! I just finished a group study of the book of Acts. We did one chapter a week and it was recommended that we read the chapter three times before showing up for our weekly group discussion. I learned to be curious! And, I learned what the apostles and disciples went through to spread the Good News about Jesus Christ!
Oh this is awesome! Well I'm so glad you're here and pray that as you continue, you will be blown away by what the Holy Spirit reveals to you in a fresh way AGAIN ☺️

Hahaha... I had chosen a way different book, then felt like the Lord gave 3 options while on one of my hikes so I actually sought some guidance from a few trusted friends and here we are. Keep going in Mark too, though. Reading another Gospel after Matthew is pretty cool when you have the fresh memory of events.
I am still working in Matthew and starting this book with you also. Thank you for all you are doing to help others know the Bible deeper.

I watched ‘How It’s Made” & “Made in America” too, loved ‘em! Also got to personally meet John Ratzenberger just randomly at a restaurant in Weatherford, Texas! … anyway… love your channel! I don’t think Jesus still spoke to them in parables… for this reason….Mark 4:10 When he was alone, the Twelve and the others around him asked him about the parables. 11 He told them, “The secret of the kingdom of God has been given to you. But to those on the outside everything is said in parables 12 so that,
“‘they may be ever seeing but never perceiving,
and ever hearing but never understanding;
otherwise they might turn and be forgiven!’”

If anybody wants to pray for me I’d appreciate it, I just found out I have a hole in my heart. I don’t think it’s serious but I’m not really sure yet, serious or not I’m going to trust God.
Lord, I come to You right now in the Name of Jesus and I pray over @HaydenShelton. I pray for Your healing power to touch their body and I pray for Your peace to take over their mind. We believe Your Word is true. We believe You are more than able. And we trust Your plan, knowing You are good. I pray for clarity and decisiveness in reports from doctors and for a system of support to surround my friend, in Jesus' Name. Amen🙏🏻

Honest moment... I didn't hahahahaha. I chose a completely different book, then on a hike felt like the Lord gave 3 options. I took the options to a mentor and a mentee of mine and Acts it is ☺️

@@hiswordmywalk Thank you so much,every morning and every night is read Psalm 23 at least twice.at least 2-3 times slowly and meditate and think on it of the meanings it gives me. not meaning,the meanings.Matthew was a long read,but i know i shall go over it again.And with all the homework from the digging in on it, i now have a better understanding.Enjoy your next hike on the mountain,and when i look to the hills where i live i shall think about you.Many thanks again...
