Nice video mate. Just one thing that you did miss off is when you pay the 10% down payments you also pay a 3000dh booking fee with municipality as opposed to the 4% in Dubai as you mentioned
Actually they ask the same Money of any Dubai Prime area , without having the same infrastructure of Dubai , which is an already consolidated reality... It doesnt make sense

A Realtor told me that in Ras al Khaima developers usually want the 20% as First Down payment.. you say 10%... So: who is right ? 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂🤣🤣🤦🤦🤦.. in Dubai every Realtor says a different thing, What a mess !!!! That's a Jungle man!!!!!!!
It depends on the developer... This video was uploadid 7 months ago and at the time all the projects were asking just 10% downpayment to get people's interest. However, due to the rise in popularity most projects are asking 20% now.
