One thing more you are talking about ethernet frame size on layer 2 but you are showing packet size. Confused. 64 and 1518 byte is the size of frame or packet ?
The original Ethernet IEEE 802.3 standard defined the minimum Ethernet frame size as 64 bytes and the maximum as 1518 bytes. (mention your video is 46 bytes minimum )
