Not sure about the price for something like this, but they do look like they can get that done. There are also a few small, creative custom Sneaker shops opposite of Siam Paragon (the area I was walking around, searching for CARNIVAL in Siam).
I have a store in mind, but not sure what it's called. When I will be around that area I will post you the link to it too here in the comments! 😊
