In the Bible, the angels say "Holy, holy, holy" in both Isaiah 6:2-3 and Revelation 4:8:
Isaiah 6:2-3
The angels call out to each other, saying, “Holy, holy, holy is the LORD All-Powerful. His Glory fills the whole earth”. The sound was so loud that it caused the frame around the door to shake, and the Temple was filled with smoke.
Revelation 4:8
The four living creatures, each with six wings and covered with eyes, say, “Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God Almighty, who was, and is, and is to come”.
