My 2010 Chrysler 300 lock cylinder had to be installed from the front of the door, not from the inside as shown in the video. Ended up having to unbolt the entire handle and reinstall it again with the lock cylinder in the handle first. Great video helped a lot but be sure you check to see if the hole flange of the lock is on the inside or outside before you try to install the new one
Will it fit a 2006 300c, I put the key in unlocked it pulled the door handle and fell off as of someone had broke it put it back on. While at Costco smh

Great video guys but u see the weather shield I’ve got like a black plastic insert that wo t allow me to get to the rod and bolts yours doesn’t have this in your video how do I remove this?
Would be nice if the person or company that did this video replied to peoples valid questions or concerns. There are some replies but none where people really needed the help. Doing my door handle in a day or 2 & Im hoping it all goes smooth.
I bought my handle from 1A auto and fixed it myself however when putting everything back together the door doesn’t lock and the handle inside does not work both worked before doing any work what could I have done is it a simple fix please help
The most challenging part was pulling these three white clips stuck in the door to be reinserted into door trim panel. I will explore an option of using late 90-s Corolla clips (which are better handling multiple use and readily available) if diameter of the hole in the door sheet metal will match (7.5 mm)

Thanks very helpful video hardest parts where definitely getting that bolt behind the window and yeah the 3 clips on the door need be removed and placed back on the door to get the door panel back on don't think this part was mentioned in the video

Do you sell the small white clips shown at 2:29 on the right that hold the door panel to the car? I havent been able to find them anywhere from any parts stores or even ebay. I really dont want to goto the dealer and probably end up paying $10 for 1 plastic clip.

The hardest part was the bolt behind the window. Took me an hour and a half, which probably saved me about $100 from a mechanic.
Same here. The the window for the car shown in the video looks more aligned with the bolts. The one I’m trying to work on the bottom bolt seems to be blocked and not aligned with the window. So even the socket extension can’t get to it

How does the latch rod connect in the door?

You said don’t take out the black pins since that piece is all on it’s own but at 2:15 you clearly have them out

I'm trying to do it right now but I can't get the bolts out something is in the way or in other works next to the bolts so I can't get it in screwed
