I love Spencer's enthusiasm and how he praises the team and the coaches! I love how he understands the Bronco culture and he is a fantastic recruiter. He has my vote to be the next HC.
If Spencer wins out the rest of the year, and the team does so like they did tonight, I say give him a shot. I saw a different team tonight compared to the rest of the season. Defense was pinning their ears back and playing smash mouth. Offense looked the best all year and played to their strengths. I haven't seen that many shifts in game since Petersons time. Spencer also sounds like Peterson with a hyper personality lol.
