HAIR COLOUR:
I dye my own hair at home using L'oreal casting creme gloss 360 (black cherry). Please bear in mind that this is a semi permanent dye and I don't use it regularly, when freshly applied it is BLACK!! If my hair is lighter it is extremely faded and i'm probably due a colour so what you're then seeing is mainly my natural hair colour which is a reddish medium brown.
SKIN TYPE/COLOUR
I'm 36 and my skin is normal with a slightly oily t zone and early signs of aging like fine lines as well as some sun damage and REDNESS!
I DO NOT use fake tan, I get very tan naturally in the summer as I have olive skin. My face is often a LOT lighter than my body because I keep my face very well protected to keep my melasma under control and signs of aging at bay!
My Necklace:
I get sooooo many questions about it, I'm so sorry it's not a happy answer! Its actually 2 necklaces together, and both were gifts so I don't have much detail, here is everything my hubby can remember! The larger disc and the chain were from Azendi, it has a picture of the moon and reads "The same moon around the world" (which is something that meant a lot to us when we first met and he was travelling with work A LOT). The smaller discs were from www.notonthehighstreet.com and they have my daughter's fingerprints and name and date of birth and they were a present when she was born. They don't seem to be available anymore I'm sorry!!

Hello, from the US! While I've not yet tried this new Chanel foundation offering, my previous experience with Chanel foundations is that they work better without primer. Not sure why, but I always get a better result. Food for thought.

My skin gets on with Chanel foundations and I find they usually look best without primer and just apply over my skincare and sunscreen ! I typically just apply with my hands and blot with a damp sponge ! I’m excited about this one as it appears to be Alcohol free (Chanel bases typically contain Drying Alcohol) thanks and look forward to seeing if you fall in love with it !🌷🌸💕🌸🌷

I didn’t tried this one but I can say the Chanel le teint the « original » is a perfect one. The skin look sooo smooth and perfected. Love it.
I have normal to oily skin and I really do like this foundation because it looks really natural on my skin unlike a mask. Estée Lauder doublewear is what you need when you want to cover every flaw without it moving around in any type of weather! That stuff is like crypto mike 😅
I was excited to hear they were finally extending the shade range of this foundation as they used to all have quite pink undertones, but I hadn’t realised they had reformulated it too. I’m gutted - it was a beautiful foundation and now it looks way too glowy for me :(
That ND eyeshadow is looking bomb though! I have the mini version and love it.

Chanel foundations are my favorite, and I've tried sooooo many in my 61 years!! I think this looks beautiful on you...I also find most Chanel foundations apply best with the fingers..

Gina D I love mix Chanel Vitalumiere with Nars Cheer Glow. Stays on even when I wear mask and gives the most beautiful glow ever. People asked me many times what I am wearing cause looks gorgeous. I don’t like those foundations separately but they work amazing together 🙃 Chanel has fragrance in but I am sensitive to fragrance in beauty products but I can wear it without any problem

Your on a roll! Great first impressions. So pleased to see more of a range of shades - 1 am a 10cr or a 20cr in the summer with Chanel foundations. I have dry mature skin but think this may work for me so will probably be picking it up when it hits John Lewis. I think it looks pretty fabulous on you and I can’t see any ageing on you - I also love your eye look.

I ve tried this one and im also oily ...with a bit of powder its very ok with me,its thin and glowy (and im a matte girl) but if you can try it before buy,better...i ve got a big sample from the store 🤫 and im starting to loving it

Woo hoo, two uploads today! Still loving the eye look...I can’t wait for my palette to arrive tomorrow.
It would have been great to see it with one side powdered down. I have lines and wouldn't consider ever putting any foundation on without powdering as it's likely to sit into every.line on my skin and I would also get shine down my t-zone.
Great to know that it doesn't wear well on oilier complexion. I'm probably going to stick with my Vitalumière Aqua
It's pretty impossible to powder half a chin or half a nose so as these are the areas my foundation wears first i think its most useful to the majority for me to show the foundation by itself x
@@CharlotteHoldcroft Yes, I understand that and I hope to find a foundation one day that I can put on my face without using anything else.That will wear for 12 hours without help from a primer and powder and them set itself within the 3 minutes I need it to, so I can get to work on time.
The quest is on and I live in hope although my Vitalumière Aqua comes close.

I just ordered a Bobbi Brown foundation that’s not supposed to settle into fine lines. So we’ll see. But if that doesn’t work I could give the Chanel one a shot.

Chanel water tint dried my face out to the point I had lines where there wasn’t lines and I have dry skin. This foundation sounds like it Will do the same

Imo there are so many really good foundations available and this one just isn't. It doesn't look terrible at all, but it didn't grab me.

I didnt like this foundation with old formula so I'm guessing nothing is changed but vitalumere and ultra le tient ( ultra tenue ( old version)) are my favourites .
Try the new Ultra le Teint, it is really good, I have normal to dry skin.

Wow! Can't believe my luck! Spoiling us with 2 videos. Not keen on Chanel ( only bags & shoes; if I could afford it😆) but the ND eyeshadow has got me at the checkout, again 🤦🏽♀️
Chanel foundations are not WoW ; too matte or too glowing, too sheer or too full coverage. My favourite Chanel CC cream is great during the day with spf 50 and medium to full coverage. xx
