I have owned one for two months now... wife loves it I do too! It doesn't do over 50 mph but that's okay on the county roads down here in WestCentral Georgia (near Concord). It will turn over, it did! Replaced front turn signal/mirror and kept on going. Wife and I take it to town (about 12 miles) for an evening stroll. The sturdy GY6 engine was a good choice for this scooter.
Can you ride with the rear wheels locked? One rider was saying he did this in snowy conditions, but did not elaborate. I am only familiar with the Piaggio MP3 with 2-front wheels. Please elaborate and thanks for the video.
How difficult is it to come to a stop without having to put down a foot? Does the swaying-mechanism lock up automatically when coming to a stop, or is there a button to press? Also, on starting from a stop, what is the transition to articulating like?
funny. the tilting principle is sort of interesting but I think 4 wheels will always win out. it could have the same narrow body but with 4 wheels a bit wider. I think it's simpler, cheaper, better.
I'm selling a Chinese 250c Scooter. I've upgraded the heck out of it and will be lucky to get $1.050 for it. If you're the mechanic type and don't have several thousand to purchase a used Honda or Suzuki Burgman, then take your chance with these. Expect to get stranded a few times.. I purchased a new Burgman 650 Executive and it's like discovering motor scootering all over again. No comparison in quality, ride, performance. I guess that should be expected for a $10,000 machine..
Probably a smart thing to look forward to - since most cars on the road these days are individuals commuting to work or the grocery. Keep the car at home until the weekend when the family goes for a spin.
Not to mention , top heavy, a cheap , underpowered motor which will blow up at 1000 miles, and a service department which would make the 3 stooges green with envy!
@Velotracer Hideous? it's more hideous to be stucked in a traffic jam, inside a 5 passenger car by yourself with high temperatures, & then watching this guy, with his sunglasses, passing cars, including yours with no hurry, now that, would be hideous ;]

Not for city driving? You'll hit potholes? One of the first things they teach you when riding a motorcycle is to look lookout for and avoid potholes.
The motor is in between the two rear wheels, it doesn't lean. Only everything forward of the drive unit leans.
