Guys whipping cream requires extremely chilled cream and most chefs freeze the bowl and the mixer attachment too and that way it turns into cream in 5 mins. Steel bowls are preferred as they get cold faster. Loved this episode though ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

*TIP* : Use the *WHIPPY* *WHIP* whipping cream and and make sure it's *COMPLETELY* chilled before you use it. Also if you beat *ANY* cream too much its gonna turn into butter ;)

Egg 🥚 tip: Keep eggs in the fridge so that the yolk won’t melt into the whites, it happens bcz of high temperature( and sometimes bcz the egg is old)

To separate yolks... I usually try to keep the yolk in the shell and let the white fall into a bowl... And easier way... Crack egg into hand..and let the white fall between the fingers . Be gentle... Or ..the water bottle technique to seperate the yolk..crack the egg gentle.. WITHOUT BREAKING YOLK.. and then use bottle as a suction tool..

The whipping method is simple put a bowl full of ice and than place the bowl of whipping cream in that bowl and whip it with the machine in 5 min the cream become thick and thick.
