Your guess is as good as mine Hon. Khalwale. Voting should be from 7am to 3pm. Presidential election results should be counted and announced first at each polling station within 1 hour of the closing of the poll. Then move to the other elections. No night activities. Counting max. 700 votes should be quick....otherwise introduce electronic counting machines with paper trails for auditing and verification purposes.
