It seems like Anthony Geary wasn't into his character at all towards the end. The spark in his eye was gone, even his voice and demeanor changed. I loved watching him for his humor and enthusiasm....but before he left the show, it was gone. Maybe I'm wrong, but comparing clips like this to 2013-2015 is obvious.
