Wow, I have this idea of making a RGB version of the running ligth project with NE555 and CD4017. My idea is nowhere as complex as this. Impressive. Very nice.
Ji where should i connect the switching transister either 390 ohmz side or bc 548 side .Is there need to connect resister for switching transistor side

Yes but you must be a add any switching transistor for each channel like 2n2222,Irfz44...
