- Here is Country legend George Jones singing a Gospel classic "I Know A Man Who Can" accompanied by Barry and Sheri Smith, and Johnny Minick.
It goes to show us that God can reach down and save George Jones from sin. All we got to do is ask him to forgive us and invite Jesus into our hearts, and that's what George Jones did, and God answered just like he'll answer you and me. Rest in peace George Jones, it makes me cry happy tears to know he made it into Heaven.
God calls people from a lot of roads, and George was one of them!
Didn’t know about this super group until today.
George Jones singing “I Know A Man Who Can” caught my attention. Wondering how could George sing this? He’s not a high tenor!
I grew up hearing g Kirk Talley sing it with The Cathedral’s.
Then seen the name Johnny Minick and had to have a listen.
My favorite baritone singer had always been Larry Rudkins of the Mid South Boys. I first heard Johnny Minick on a Gaither video singing “Peace Be Still” and since have listened to much of The Goodman’s with him.
No one and I mean no one, comes any where near the great God given talent of baritone singing than that of Johnny Minick. Vocals, style & grace - the man 😊has talent overflowing.

I love my George!! My whole life he's been my favorite. I can't wait for the concerts in heaven! His voice was weak here, he didn't have much longer. Now he can sing in full strength. It's going to be awesome.
