Absolutely perfect. I made this dish as part of iftar whilst fasting today. No need to taste check during cooking. Your dishes are cooked spot on. You have such easy to follow step by step instructions in your videos. Each dish of yours that I make last for 2 days in my home befire I have to make another. I'm making your malai chicken tikka sizzlers on Monday. Keep those recipes coming x
Thank you Celina, it's a fantastic recipe. I am so happy to hear that you are enjoying my recipes 😊👍. Malai tikka sizzler is another firm favourite in our household.
I always check your channel first for pakistani recipes to follow along with as I never learnt to cook with my mum (regrettably! ) Keep up the good work! Honestly you should have waaayyy more subscribers x
Saima A, aww thank you for your comment. I'm so pleased to hear that you're finding the recipes easy to follow! And yes the subscribers will come.. all in good time In sha Allah! Thank you for your support lovely! 😊👍
I tried this recipe last week for my husband. Firstly, I didn't even have to taste to know that it would be delicious. The aroma it was giving off after I made it gave it away. But it tasted great Alhamdulillah x My husband also enjoyed. Thank you for posting. I will be trying other recipes from your channel soon In Sha Allah x
Hi Iram, thank you for your comment! JazakAllah khair for your kind words. I'm so pleased to hear that you both enjoyed this recipe! It's lovely.. and I agree with you there, you can taste the dish without actually tasting it by its aroma! Hope you stay, lots more to come yet! 😊👍
Assalaamu Aleykum. I have cooked this recipe today lakin without the aloo. It looks soo good, even the oil has come up (this never happens when I cook) yippeeeee. Thank you for popping up on my RUclips 😄 you are really influencing my cooking skills FOR THE BETTER. JazaakhAllah 🌸

Good recipe - I’m glad I found your channel for some authentic Pakistani recipes! Quick question though - why did you use a shallow pan instead of a walled pot to make this recipe? Seems difficult to make in a pan with all the water sloshing around
Alhamdulillah your recipe are way better than others. I tried with other RUclips recipe for chicken sorba it didn't go well especially with water. No clear explanation tho. Today I gave it go again with your way. It came out so perfect. But you are perfect with explaining things. I'm just gona follow u from now on. Can you make gosht chana daal please? 🙏🙏 ❤

Hi there. First time following one of your recipes (I can see it is an old one), I was wondering, if I am doing half the amount of chicken, would I half the other ingredients too? Thank you!
@@MyLittleKitchenRecipes My chicken fell off the bone, was bopping around the kitchen listening to my tunes, lost concentration inni.😭 Thank you as always.💗

Salaam! This is the 3rd recipie I am trying of yours in the past few weeks could you just tell the size of the tin tomatos? I believe our tins here in canada are much larger thanks!
Thanks for this recipe my sister is half Pakistani and boy do I miss the home made Asian food from her dad bless his soul, how do you find cooking on the induction hob?
Hi Wakey Green, thank you for your comment. Oh bless you! I've a ceramic hob which is similar to induction and in all honesty I hate it! 🤷♀️ I've grown up using gas and it was hard adjusting to this! I can't even make a proper chapati on this hob without it drying out! Lol Waiting for My Big Kitchen 😉 with a huge gas range! 🙏😊👍
Hi Fat Boy! I would say it definitely enhances and contributes to the final product! A good curry is all about starting with good ingredients and cooking techniques applied to the dish whilst cooking. I've probably tried store bought garam masala once, never again!😝 It's not how my mum and late gran used to make and has additional ingredients that they never used in their homemade recipe! I'll stick to my hone made version 😊👍
I love your recipes, I have a hard time putting them together because you don’t list them in the order that they are used, if you did that you would even be a more professional cook. You are a great chef, congratulations, I am always looking for your recipes.
Hi Cameron, thanks for your comment 😊 I list the ingredients as they on screen, guess that's were the video tutorial comes in, where you watch to see what order they go in! ☺👍
I'm apologize I burst out laughing when the lid stuck :) but as always that looks fierce! I've been eating out in Pakistani restaurants a lot since the new scheme.
Jaybee BEE, I'm glad you did! I left it in as I to found it funny too.. 🤣 and thanks! Glad to hear someone taking full advantage of the scheme.. and why not, to good to be giving it a miss! 😊
Salaam , can i ask if this is a medium chicken or the baby one ? I have a baby chicken and i wanted to make this dish, but would i need to reduce the quantities of the other ingredients ? Im hopeless at cooking 🙄
Wsalaam, this was a normal sized chicken. I'm afraid I've not yet cooked with a baby chicken, so I am unable to give out any advice regarding timings! Hope you understand. Thanks 😊
So I used all the same quantities of onions and tomatoes and chicken etc, but why does mine not look as rich in colour. It looks a bit cloudy and watery not as red. I used more chilli powder as well but it just doesn't look as rich. What am I doing wrong
Mick, thank you for your comment! It was definitely the wooden spoon! 🤣 The carbon steel pan has ridges on the base and the wooden spoon would hit that as I stirred! Totally embarrassed 🤦♀️
It’s looks to me that you might qualify as a Jedi Knight. A beautiful soul, a master craftsman who knows their craft, perfected over the years, with the secrets passed down from previous generations. hi do you find that homemade garam massala is the key to good home curry, do you ever use store brand?

If I wanted to cook this with just chicken breast pieces (not on the bone) how would I alter the cooking method?
The method stays the same, just the cooking times will differ as on the bone takes longer to cook.
So I used all the same quantities of onions and tomatoes and chicken etc, but why does mine not look as rich in colour. It looks a bit cloudy and watery not as red. I used more chilli powder as well but it just doesn't look as rich. What am I doing wrong
