Since Rageblade is bugged on Neeko and still not fixed from what I can tell, Runaan's Hurricane is the best alternative. The 2 other hits count towards Neeko's 3rd hit so if there's always 3 targets, you will always get your 3rd hit auto on the main target you're attacking. It's really strong cheese and can melt people.

@@aaronjimenez7825 Nah, it's a bug since one of the older patches that never got fixed. It works the first few times but then your passive never procs again. Runaans is basically the replacement now.

@@lucasdesvignes7190 IE only increases crit damage, so I'd say it's more important to have at least 2 crit items before you build it than to have a lot of AD. Because you can have 500 ad, but it's still gonna do only 250 extra dmg every 5 auto attacks. If you have like 350 ad and 60% crit, you'll deal 525 extra dmg in the same 5 autos. :)
Funfact you can block Caits Ult with your clone
yeah, can also be used to detonate traps too, learned this the hard way when playing teemo mid against a neeko
Dude if he had used his clone to body block the Cait ult at 19:34, he could have used barrier to win that whole fight, fkn insane!

Neeko is a very underrated character. No clue why she gets overlooked, I played her for like 2 seconds when she came out. But recently been having a blast with her.
quite literally got every single building on the map for your team. everything top, you went mid for the first turret, everything bot, then straight back mid. Insane

This is kinda similar to playing AD TF. Stun em and then melt em with your autos. Even their passives are almost the same. Neeko's ult is a major plus though.
As a Singed main, this lanong phase made me indescribably upset.
Same. Poor guy even tried to lane swap at start too, if I'm not mistaken. He knew he couldn't lane fight a Neeko, so Graves basically lost the whole game for his team

On-hit Nami? Tons of movement speed sources, hard cc abilities, an ability that grants an on-hit that slows, and good aa range.

You had to try twisted fate on hit it's insane, stun=kill. I used to go nashor, kraken slayer, wit's end, botrk, zhonya and sorcery boots with lethal tempo.
I have another neeko build for u where u go nashors, then rift, then lich, then full ap. runes are pta and inspiration. u level w then e like in this build. Its rlly good, a friend of me reached diamond with it
this singed was kinda trolling but usually PTA is infinitely better in lane for neeko top since she can activate it with every root. Also ignite over barrier since you want as much kill pressure as you can. Other than that great vid neeko top is rly fun to watch

I usually build Neeko full AD. Same basic build, but I start with Kraken, then Blade, Runaan's, Infinity Edge, and my last item is a Collector. If the game drags on longer, I swap my boots for a Rapid Firecannon

I’m a mid main, but whenever I fill top, I take this. It falls off later because your AA range isn’t great. However, it absolutely stomps in lane. Fleet footwork or grasp for sustain and you’re shilling.
I used to play this AD Neeko as a counter to Darius in top lane...it's so frustrating to play against...full lane domination 😎

I was playing on pbe against a neeko with the new tank item and rageblade and she had over 2100 bonus hp cause the rageblade would cause it to double stack not sure if this has been fixed but worth a shot if you would like to try

Play jhin on urf! I built only attack speed items, phantom dancer, kraken slayer, etc and I had 1200 move speed without ghost
can you play darius with full resets
harvest resets his cd whit takedowns
trancendense gives you 20% of the cooldown in your q,w,e
death dance gives you healt back when you kill
axiom arc reduces the R cd when you kill
ghost last longer when you kill
darius R resets when you kill using it
draakthar also resets on kills
i played it and its was actually really fun to play
Ive actually never played AP Neeko, only AD/atk speed since release.

i’m not the best but i’m also a neeko main at mastery 7 and play all lanes minus jg, i usually build a ap/ad hybrid with it being around 70% AD and nashors/kraken is a must for me on bot, always max W and play off your mobility the most

you could also try bork and frostfire for additional slows (build has low attack speed so maybe go attack speed boots)
