    I gained a lot of weight at uni - I studied Journalism and began to lose the weight when I specialised in health and fitness reporting. By that time I had been a HUUUGE Madonna fan for years so I used her dedication to fitness as my motivation. I lost all the weight, graduated from uni 2 pounds lighter than when I started and have kept it off these past 10 years. I do cardio religiously to Madonna’s music - towards the end of a 25k run I’m so close to giving up and then I play Hung Up and think “if she can do it at 62, I can do it at 32!!” 💪💪💪💪

    this personal trainer nicole has fat, huge, bulky legs. That proves that workout is overrated
