Hi ! I made anjeer icecream yesterday. The taste was amazing but there is one problem my icecream isn't setting very well. It's not firm. Yesterday it was little firm but today it became very loose. Can you help me out because I want to make the other icecream recepies you have shown so please follow up.

Aap milk jo use kar rahe ho wo full cream use karo and non dairy whip cream use karo ice cream ke dairy whip cream use karte tab ye problem aata hai ...agar problem solve nhi ho raha to Add 1/4 tsp CMC powder in milk mixture....isse ice cream jaldi melt nhi hoga wo acha rahega for long time
