If u mean at your castle, build a simple two-three tower close together at the most exposed spot, use houses and builder huts to slow them down, and make a barrage in the front

Use towers early game to put windmills in risky spots so it’s to hard to get rid of and they have to deal with it till late game, don’t stress if they break it, all in all while this is happening you should be already upgrading windmills, getting fish, and having good income, to build a strong army to early to be stopped.
