Did you adjust your slip clutch on your forestry mulcher when you got it? Lucas has trouble with his 4820 stalling. He adjusted his slip clutch to help prevent that.
No, I keep forgetting to! I am worried about the clutch slipping while it's full of brush and then you will spend half your day cutting and clearing the mulch head by hand! I need to experiment!
@@PineyGroveHomestead I’m interested in the Summit but waiting to see if they come through with new products as they said first - meanwhile your vids are helpful for someone not as handy as you (like I wouldn’t be comfortable cutting a PTO shaft to fit your mulcher). Thx bud 👍
Excavator time if you asked me. I pull it out with my thumb then smash it flat then we take it to brush pile we compost or burn pile. We burn very little, manly thistles. Compacted a couple times in a year and it's amazing how much just goes away. It does look like you are having fun and that counts too.
That leaking coupler probably just needs a little more tightening, but you might be surprised how much torque it takes to really get the threads to seal. I would also switch genders on one side of the diverter valve and grapple so you can't connect things wrong in the future; that's how the diverter valve should've been plumbed in the first place, actually.
Sorry, Deb needs eye and hearing protection when around a chipper. I have had too many scratches on my face using one on these to know if your eye is scratched it will be a real problem, and hearing does not grow back.

Wish They had a Cabi n Shuttle Shift Hummm Good Job Ty God Bless
There is something so satisfying about that tractor pulling out that brush! Great video Brad and Deb!
I knew there was a lot to be dragged out, but not that much!!
Wow! That grappler did a great job!! Huge help.
For sure....I would not want to do all that by hand!
I have the same thing to do and it's good to see the tools to do it in action. Thanks for sharing 🙏
It's kinda fun as long as nothing goes through the radiator! Here's the before video! ruclips.net/video/Ds6N79wzSoM/видео.html
Must have shot this earlier, I'm in grand ridge we had 5+- snow but, today 60* yeaa!!
Yes! We pushed the snow video to the top to get it out while it was still relevant!

This vid definitely was done before your big snow!!
Yes sir.......we had to get that snow one out quick this week!
Nooice!😎 STOC
would be interested in a video about fixing the leaking Summit hydraulic couplings. Thanks Piney
Should be simple but I keep forgetting to buy the female coupler!

The excavator is the right tool for EVERY job!!

Great tip about the diverter valve, I'm going to look into that.
15:08... That's what she said lol
We all wish!

You are not wrong! I've scratched my eyeball with brush and it was not fun!
Looks like instead of changing the hydraulic fitting it probably has a bad O- ring. So it would make it a cheaper fix.
I will check that, thanks!
