(If possible, put those in the old city too!) • Make an Industrial Area near the New city, and make the older industrial area more rich! (Important) • If you grind hard, at some point you're gonna unlock a gold-mine and it makes LOADS of money! ($50,000+) • Create jails for the criminals and near the jail, put another Police Headquarters. • Buy more land, because it'll help in the game later-on, and i highly recommend that you buy these now or the prices are gonna increase as you play the game. (Important) Btw love your videos, love the gta series but you should play more games and i truly support them! Hope it helps!

Bro the budget you are setting is not that how much your citizens will pay for that service but it is the setting that how much you are spending on that service. If you lower the budget of any service, the lower the service will be provided to your citizens but lowering the budget is not a problem if you have sufficient buildings you can lower the budget. For example if your electricity production is higher than your consumption so you can lower the budget so your production will be in pace with consumption and then when your consumption is high so you can higher the budget or you can add more buildings.

There are the three bars at the bottom left, which tells you what you need green means residential and orange means industrial. If there is no orange that means no residential area needed. So build according to the bar. And if done so nothing will go abandon.😅
