Currently Chinese President Xing Ping was on three days official visit to Kremlin, so it might be the cause behind the Russian denial of providing S-400 to India.
Unlikely the problem is Russia is finding difficulty in acquiring semiconductor chips and they need an extra S-400 on the Ukrainian front on the other hand Russia wouldn't do that to India unless China agrees to supply Russia with weapons.

Shameless Still can't figure out how to make jet engines though we are nuclear capable country 😢 Spending lot of money on defence equipments instead of r&d is waste. We need expertise for that to develop indigenous jet engines. Our startups and universities need to focus on that and government need to support that type of initiatives

First India has to make sure capable people reach those positions and groups. And these capable ppl won't be born out of nowhere. When u talk about freebies and subsidies, do u try to read how much percent increase there has been in per capita of Indians? If there's barely any significant increase then cutting subsidies and freebies would do what? 6:10 Let me clear that India ordered 5 regiment of s400 which means one regiment with 2 battery makes total 10 battery. Now, the problem here is there was some news coming on that after 800 million dollar advance payment we didn't pay the rest of the amount for the 3 regiments they delivered and they will Stop supplying more if not done so. As, war is going on Russia needs money so maybe not directly but indirectly they're stopping the supply so that we pay the money in that due time which makes us pay it without any conditions. Now, neither defence ministry or airforce has confirmed or denied this but if it is then that's really bad because of these payments problem our military is lacking behind and takes years to procure even one system in all wings of our military

Exactly sir!! We see Russia as our defence supplier and their veto. But in a broader sense we don't expect much from Russia. In fact we are buying more from Russia and benefitting them, recently our trade deficit was more with them. Things keep on getting harder very soon. We have to stop seeing Russia in the 1971 angle. Even today if we start indigenization it would take decades to have our own defence systems. Better India has to make optimal use of the existing resources and start looking at alternate defence sellers.

Well Instead of Giving it to the MSPs, it should spend on Various PSUs as well as Various MSMEs Factories Owners, to Boost the Self Reliance as well as Production rate in terms of
1>Defense Sectors
2>Aerospace Sectors
3>Industrial Machinaries Sectors.
India lag actually in Productioning NOT in Research.

And Ambanis deals with Retailers as well as Territory Sectors ie Service Sectors, they Dont deal with Secondary Sectors ie Manufacturing Sectors as well as Software Sectors like Intel
We spend 2.3 lakh crores on MSP, this amount is very small to bring any major change. This money will probably be used to order anything else related to defence or DRDO, ADA, HAL can be a good choice.

The cut in the budget is for this financial year. The amount will be carried over to next year. S400 delivery is not cancelled it's been just delayed. It's a bad news but not that bad as its projected. I would have recommended, instead of carrying over the amount to next financial year should have diverted to procure some other equipment like drones/aircrafts.

As the delays are happening in Defence procurement from Russia it is certain that we will find another partner for that but we can't totally depend on West Especially USA
I think India should increase the domain of military manufacturing with partnership with other countries like France,Japan and USA.
At the end the Ultimate solution will be Aatmnirbhar Bharat in Defence Sector.
Well, Spend this Money in DRDO and Various PSUs as well as Various MSMEs Factory Owners in Defense Sectors.
India lags behind in Complex Manufacturing and Productioning in Defense Sectors.
We can use this Money to fill up the Gaps.
And Later these PSUs and DRDO can do ToT to all Domestic MSMEs Factory owners as well as Domestic MNCs Factory Owners for Increasing the Complex Manufacturing as well as Productioning.
There must be also a New Law, that All IITs/NITs/IISc must get affialiated to the DRDO as well as Various PSUs where it must be Compulsory to all IITians/NITians/IIScian to work in their Factories as well as Laboratory at Stipend Amount for 1 Year to ge their Respective Degrees..
There must also be a Compulsory Law that if a University has to Register at AICTE, they need to have their own Commericial Manufacturing o Plants or atleast get affialiated to Various MSMEs Factories or MNCs to get registered themeselves.
Where it must be Compulosory for all Engineering Student to work in their College/University Affialiated Factories at Stipendry Amount to get their Respective Degree
By that we will Provide additional Work-Force at Discounted amount.
If we cannot get Russia and not rely on West then we should go for China is the viable option

The issue is Russia 🇷🇺 provides weapons to India 🇮🇳 without any terms and conditions and they never interfere or lecture India on internal affairs. Russia remains the only country ready to share nuclear military technology with India. They were the largest supplier to us even in 2022. West blackmails countries which are dependent on their weapons.
