How To Use The Welterweight Lift To Get A Lightweight Wheelchair In and Out Of The Trunk

This video demonstrates how to use the welterweight lift to load and unload a lightweight folding power wheelchair.

It looks great and one could modify the strap, so that the hook was higher (shorter) in order to elevate a bit more the power folding chair, and this way one would not need to do any effort 😉
And a piece of wood or other material could be placed between the metal support of the lift and the bumper, so that the wheelchair's wheels could freely roll to the trunk when introducing the chair 👍👍

I do too I love that the way it lives in the way you can use the lift when you put it in your car or your truck that's the kind of say I need a power wheelchair that folds up so you can put it in the back of your car so won't take up so much space

Hello Evelyn, thank you for your comment. Yes, with a battery, this would work. The Welterweight plugs directly into a device and uses it's power, but a battery pack is optional.
