i hope i never drink & drive. it’s scary because you get drunk & don’t know what you’re doing i’m scared i’ll get drunk and drive but not realize what im actually doing
J make sure when you do drink your with people who love and care about you. If you do that then the people around you would never let you get behind the wheel if your trying to drink and drive. I’m 34, growing up as a teenager I had personally gotten in arguments with friends who were out of their minds drunk trying to get their keys so they could drive. I would just take their keys when they weren’t looking and tell them I’d help them try and find where they lost their keys. They were so drunk they didn’t even question it. Then after “looking” for the keys I’d tell them to just sleep here and we will find the keys in the morning when it’s light outside . 😊 you do whatever you gotta do for your friends. And as upset as they might be in the moment when u don’t allow them to get behind the wheel, they will thank you later trust me!
It may be worthwhile to train new drivers the psychological experience if a worst case scenario; teach when and how to "over -correctt" to maintain as much control as you can. Swerving is instinctive but it can trained out. Hit the deer, don't swerve. Hydroplane, ease up on the gas. Inevitably losing control, go with your car in the same direction instead of jerking the steering wheel on the opposite direction. Like a plane, the safest way through turbulence is going through it. If your car is freaking TF out, ease up on the gas
With respect, I think you're missing the point here. When you've been drinking, you're all not capable of recognizing/reacting to the things you mention. Response times are slowed down. Just saying.
Zero alcohol driving laws. If you have the condition that reads alcohol in test even though you don't drink that will get you off. My great grandma, fit, petite, aged 94 was killed; dragged 100 yards under the wheel of a drunk. I never say drunk driver just what they are...a drunk.
In the 1970's in Canada if you got caught driving impaired you lost your licence for 30 days. No insentive to drive sober Now it's 18 months and a huge fine plus your insurances goes through the roof.
In wisconsin first offense is a misdemeanor!!!! Should change the laws. Don't even get license taken away!!! Wisconsin has highest amount of binge. Drinking!!! Sad laws r so lenient!!!!
Thank you for sharing your insight. Viloma, something no one should have to experience. Sorry for you loss as well. Sending universal love to your heart.

They are traumatized by this accident. Send love to them all, don’t point fingers or be so harsh. There’s truly no place for that. Pray your family and friends are protected safe from an incident like this.
i hope i never drink & drive. it’s scary because you get drunk & don’t know what you’re doing i’m scared i’ll get drunk and drive but not realize what im actually doing
This heartbreaking. Never drink and drive. Call a damn Uber or a cab.
If who drink so much, that you don't realise what you're doing, you have a *major* drink problem, and should seek professional help.
It's easy. Know your limits, don't exceed it and you will still have enough sense to know not to drive.
This is the reason why I hate driving, way to many wild drivers on the roads is scary
I could never choose to hit a deer.
With respect, I think you're missing the point here. When you've been drinking, you're all not capable of recognizing/reacting to the things you mention. Response times are slowed down. Just saying.
Bless her soul, she was an amazing person. No one thinks it will happen to them.
Zero alcohol driving laws. If you have the condition that reads alcohol in test even though you don't drink that will get you off.
My great grandma, fit, petite, aged 94 was killed; dragged 100 yards under the wheel of a drunk. I never say drunk driver just what they are...a drunk.
Were you drunk when you wrote this?
In the 1970's in Canada if you got caught driving impaired you lost your licence for 30 days. No insentive to drive sober Now it's 18 months and a huge fine plus your insurances goes through the roof.
In wisconsin first offense is a misdemeanor!!!! Should change the laws. Don't even get license taken away!!! Wisconsin has highest amount of binge. Drinking!!! Sad laws r so lenient!!!!
I’m a substitute at a High School you would of believe the students that tell me their parents give them alcohol
Shame on them
Well done.

DWI is NOT an accident, it's a choice. Stop calling these accounts.

Did the chick say her name was: Little wire or little lier? At 8:32 😂😂😂
US cops use their laptops while driving that should be illegal
Rules don't apply to cops.

There is a name for a parent who loses a child. Viloma. I know because I am a Viloma of 3 years. 😢
Thank you for sharing your insight. Viloma, something no one should have to experience. Sorry for you loss as well. Sending universal love to your heart.
The best part of drinking is driving.
Antidepressants don't do anything but make you a lifelong bug pHARMa customer. Why not work through those issues and heal from it?
Please quit being a facsist and just get vaccinated already!! So others dont get sick!!
I learned in therapy that depression is from previous frustration.
22% of americans are minors. So if only 15% of the deaths in drunken car crashes are minors, that's actually below the national average. Unless the implication is that those people are driving. Then it gets alarming.
It says in this clip that drinking and driving are preventalbe. So is abortion. Take a pill or some device or just plain obstain to keep from killing antoher human being. Take a cab or Uber or stay at home and drink.
There no Casey in my family
RIP CASEY...😢

That is true about this
I saw another story where a woman lost 3 of her siblings to a drunk driver, and she called him a murderer. I understand her anger, but no one gets into a car intending to kill someone else. Its just a sad situation all the way around.
Recreational weed should be legal for all the states, it's safer than alcahol, this is truly sad and my daughter almost lost her best friend very young in a DUI accident where her aunt and aunts boyfriend who was driving died in the front seats, God bless everyone, and stay safe ✌️
What in the hell? How about not being under the influence of anything (booze, weed, meth, acid, etc, etc ) when driving.
@@freddy4672 you have to know the difference, or you just don't 🤔✌️
They weren't even old enough to legally drink or smoke weed. Don't drive under the influence period.
@@NutsItsBerserkinTime Is anyone ever old enough, to legally smoke weed?
@@BedsitBob Depending on which state you live in, absolutely. Recreational marijuana use is currently legal in 21 states. Of course, driving under the influence is illegal, as it should be.
If only Grace Neceda could stop saying LIKE.............it is so irritating
Like no.
It's like, like,I know, right? Like she says it, like so many like times...
Grace is a beautiful soul, she was traumatized by the loss of her best friend. If she needs to say like to express herself in a difficult situation then let it be. She stood up and participated in this video in effort to share her story and the impact of this great loss of life, to help prevent possibly another accident to help the next one in line. She showed courage and compassion and is devastated by losing her friend. This is a serious situation, so entreat it with some kindness and compassion please.
There no Casey in my family and I don't drink and drive neither does one my kids the other two who knows what they been doing idk and me and my son are not drunks and we don't like the stinky idiots either
Then consider yourself blessed. Share LOVE not judgement or harsh disdain. No one thinks it will happen to them….. until it does. This is a serious situation, name calling is immature behavior, I will protect my daughter’s dignity and her essence- this is pure trauma. Treat it with kindness and respect please. May GOD continue to bless you and yours safe and well 🪶☮️♥️

The moral of this story is; Don't marry too young , don't get a puppy, don't knock your girlfriend up and above all don't drive drunk. I'm single, no kids, don't even have a goldfish and don't drink alcohol. I think I got it!
