It actually is, it's a brotherly gesture, guys sit on other guys laps, girl sit on other girls lap. It means their really close friends. There's a lot of skinship between same sexed friends that we would normally see as sexual is actually really innocent in korea (but only between same sex friends)
I think Changmin didn't mind if JJ, YC or JS have skinship to him, but not YH. I think he's kindda afraid of the strict leader from the beginning he came to SM as trainee. So he felt uncomfort for this. Fortunetely after enlistment discharge CM got more mature and YH is really mean to him, as hyung and as the only tvxq member beside him now.
