Growing up, I always kept telling myself "Just accept it, the Akatsuki are better villains than Orochimaru.", but looking back on it now, I still think Orchimaru just always brought more to the table. I mean, yeah, the Akatsuki were definitely more evil and did more, but you could always tell what they were gonna do. Orochimaru on the other hand was always a mystery in his actions.
The Akatsuki were 10 people. Orochimaru was just 1. It was way easier to get to know him and man his themes, his ambitions, his terrifying personality...it almost made you want to cheer him on.

Super cool song. The first appearance of Orochimaru was so intense. He really felt like a deadly predator toying with his prey. To be honest is probably one of the best scene in the series because it felt so dark and real.
He was nothing more than a hisoka ripoff from hxh Plus the scene was when leoria and kurapika met him but they had an extra one so they traded escaped using there brains instead of never give up motivation for 24hours fight

QAZAZZA I literally stopped watching naruto before shippuden the only arc in shippuden that got my attention was itachis end arc because he was such a good character I even look at boruto as trash now my brother is into only naruto and rwby for anime he watches boondocks and avatar (airbender) but they’re not anime least from japan I tried to get him into other anime but he’s not interested in them there’s SO MANY ANIMES that are so much better than naruto imo I’m into Mature rated anime like or even ecchi/fanservice anime like needless, akame, jojo, high school dxd, rave master, parasyte, Elfen lied, brynhildr, high school of the dead, fairy tail, black clover, etc.
I’d say one piece or dragonball but I’m not into shonen jump anime a lot Dbz is a legend of a series but one piece I was driven away by it’s art style nothing personal to u qaza if u like it then it’s u I’m not gonna stop u on that also my brother watches sonic x if u wanna count it and everyone grew up with Pokémon I stopped after sinnoh tbh lol
