ahhh, yes I see now, forgive me as it's been 2 years since I did proper pak mei forms. Totally amazing, I should get back to my pak mei training again. Thanks to Your videos it has made me practice my favorite forms again ( gau bo tuei/9 step push and 3 door openings etc) Amazing work you are doing and keep up the good training!
excellent bak mei!!!!. Not sure what the other posters are talking about when they say this looks like sup ji. not to me. not sure what form it is but it isn't sup ji-bunch of know it alls saying it's sup ji. anyways the form work is excellent and I respect what this teacher is doing and his bak mei heritage. fatsan bak mei so much more effective looking than clc imho. although clc is good too.
first one looks like sup jee kuen, but with a slight modification(no kicks) second one is jus sup jee but with kicks(the full version i suppose?) the rest are all sup jee from what I can see, been a while since i've trained pak mei.
@fasanpakmeikune foshan doesnt have a form called sup jee??? what do you think of Han Zhong Luo foshan bakmei? he does a sup jee that is alot different than what i know aswell...
Nice, clean, concise, and no flowers.
