I must admit I am VERY impressed with this set. The angled building is very interesting, and the whole feel of an old fashioned hotell is spot on. But the details, from the floor tiling, the stair designs, the toilet roll holder, the wall fountain, the roof fence, the lamps - it is absolutely exquisite! Best modular in the bunch, I must say.

I've built a few Technic models from time to time (8258 - Truck with Power Swivel Crane, 8110 - Unimog U400) , but the modular buildings have really brought me out of the dark ages.
One thing that always bothers me about the lego company making sets for hotels is that they always have a small amount of rooms for the customers considering that hotels in general have a lot of rooms, but I get that there are many limitations at play.

The funniest thing is that in a hotel there is only 1 bathroom and in the suite? I've seen this in other buildings. There are buildings that don't even have a bathroom.
I think it would be interesting if you also made it like that video of yours, which is lego creator 10260 downtown diner, I think it would be awesome, more like it would look like a big hotel then it would be really cool
I really want to like the boutique hotel but I feel like this one is brought down the most from having to share floor space with another building. I would’ve preferred a larger hotel building than having multiple buildings
Not a nice set for what it costs. I don't like this American style type of building. Also it's too small. The colours are nice though, I wish Lego made more building-adapted parts in these colours, like the masonry brick
