Unless you see someone not moving the weights for a good while, or they start dropping the weights, then you just don't touch the bar. It can be really upsetting when you're giving it your all then suddenly someone just pulls the bar from you, especially if you don't have the energy to do it again.
Brandon benching 255 lbs is extremely impressive for an athlete who doesnt directly train for strength and is only 170 lbs. Both of them are damn strong on the bench
The reality is that once anybody is on Roids there's no competition. I've seen guys benching 330lbs on test while they barely made 200 natty. Damn doing 260 natty is very good.
Neither was Brandon but he had more ROM than Papalsh. I remember I could do like 33 pullups without full extension, and then doing a full ROM I barely got 20 I think. The full stretch definitely makes a ridiculous amount of difference
I think Brandon did an amazing job considering the 24lb difference, not on la roids, and I'm gonna be honest he got WAY more ROM on the vast majority of exercises. Great work!
Yeah also the bench press is greatly affected by your bodyweight. Although it's not a linear difference, having 25lbs advantage will definitely help with 10-15lbs. So if Brandon was doing 265lbs, Aidan should've been doing like 275-280lbs but I think the age difference evens it out.
