It's Sam's Birthday. Reader Rabbit and his friends need your help to get everything ready for the party.
In this episode, Reader Rabbit visits Babs in her kitchen where she prepares treat bags filled with snacks, candies, toys and other fun things, and bakes delicious cookies topped with different colored icings.

20:36 POP: Okay. Look carefully at the cookie, and then copy its look! On level one, the cookies are easy to copy! On level two, a little harder. And on level three, they’re the hardest to copy! If you get stuck on a cookie, just tap on Babs for help! Tap on one of those frostings to get to it!
