Nevertheless, I have researched that it should be (possibly) the worst area in the world in terms of corruption and border crossing. We would like to buy a car from Dakar and drive it ourselves. The only fear we have are the border crossings and bribes. Is it better to do as you with a guided car-driver, or is the autonomous drive possible too? Do you have any opinions or recommendations?
