Sorry for the late reply, I didn’t think they were older but I found them in the card making area I think. Maybe show an associate a picture and they can point you in the right direction. 🤞🏼

It absolutely does! I have a sticker album on expanders and just tried it and it was able to snap close 🙌🏼
