It's nice. However, it's not enough space to entertain. The first level is tight. Nowhere to host dinner parties and such. I love the exposed brick and the butcher block counter tops.
I wonder how they deal with only 1.5 baths... that's always a deal breaker for me, and I always wonder who would want a 3 bedroom unit with only one full bath... I'd be really interested in talking to someone in this market.
I mean how often are you going to have 2 people showering at once? We just moved from a house with 1.5 bath and we had 6 people living there. As long as you aren't taking 30 minute showers/baths and everyone isn't trying to shower at once, then you'll be fine.
@@hashiramasenju6058 this is obviously a conversation of privilege bc ppl everyday do what they have to do. that said, in the conversation of having some means and paying $300K+ for a house, the idea that i'd have to use the same bathroom as my kids EVERYDAY just doesn't make sense.
