When I got boothill, I haven’t even started the penacony quest, which meant I couldn’t level up his talents, but the guy dealt like, triple the damage my fully built topaz and dr ratio. The guy is insane
Lowkey sparkl is pretty good with a fast boothill with welt. Enemy gets action delayed to oblivion and you get turn after turn while gobbling skill points with no regard.
i recommand using Fire trailblaser, Asta and Natasha with him, as a f2p, it's my team and they destroy everything. I've beaten Aventurine and the big boss after him (i don't want to spoil who)
I don't wanna say I necessarily disagree with your points, but I do have some counters to throw that should very much be kept in mind for playing Boothill. tip 1 counter: mainstats definitely DO matter on him depending on how you play him, if you play him with Harmony MC and Ruan Mei and focus on mass upping his break damage than it's fine to disregard them for maximum BE and speed. But if you're playing him on a team without Harmony MC, primarily with Bronya and Pela, all of the damage amplification you're getting from your allies also impacts his base damage scaling, he doesn't need crit substats at all, but an ATK orb and a crit rate chest piece with a more offensive lightcone option like Swordplay leads to him doing a lot of damage with his base scaling, that can even cut down a cycle, making up for the lack of superbreak. tip 2 counter: not wrong but leaves a misconception, if you're playing him with Bronya all speed on him above Bronya's speed is useless as long as he's faster than her and properly speedtuned, if you don't have his LC this also leaves room to use Swordplay instead of Adversarial. tip 5 counter: this just feels as a crime to say with how good Gallagher is, he just makes the run so much comfy'r and his personal synergy with the break team is so good it's not even a cycle loss compared to running a 3rd support, this also applies to tip 7 somewhat.
they do matter, but not as much as break and speed does, it only makes up like 30% of his dps, so yes while it gives more dmg for his base kit that doesnt really outweigh the value of break
@@panpan4757 for sure, it's just that technically having offensive mainstats doesn't go against him wanting BE and spd, and from the teams I've tested he does end up suffering if he doesn't crit much, if you're farming a ton of Talia and Watchmaker anyways for Ruan Mei, HMC, Gallagher.. and so on, you end up with a better library for giving him the correct gear.
i use harmony trailblaser, Asta and Natasha with him. Do you have other teams to recommand for a f2p? i don't have Gallagher nor Ruan Mei but i do have Bronia
@@saix_unicorn Bronya and Pela together are a really good and ESPECIALLY fun combo, as I specify with the comment, in certain teams mainstats for Boothill matter a lot more, this is the exact team I had in mind when saying this. He will really want a crit rate main stat chest piece, an ATK or PHYS damage boost orb and just a tiny bit of extra crit rate subs to make him more reliable. His best lightcones start being more traditional damage options like Swordplay, Cruising in the Stellar Sea and just any of the good ones really. edit: also for a healer natasha is fine, but replacing her with Gallagher or any other limited sustain (as long as it's not a shielder) would be an upgrade
The units I'm currently using with boothill are harmony Mc, luocha and Robin( I have no Ruan Mei and I prefer Robin over bronya because of her good personal damage) is this team decent I also wanna ask if it's ok if the relic pieces with break effects stats are from different sets, like messenger head piece, granduke hands eagle body, etc.
Definitely thief. He doesn'r do superbreak, his is a different kind of break dmg and he can't make use of the 4p cavalry without harmony MC, whom he doesn't always wanna be paired up with. Go for 2p2p any 2 break sets or 4p thief
if you play with pela/pearls lightcone then iron cavalry is better for stacking def ignore, if you want 16 BE and 3 energy everytime you break for more ults then get thief set
tbh you should be hitting 300 BE if you have his lightcone . I use the 3 star one and im at 220 BE (240 in battle cause talia) and 150 spd and i can still increase it too about 20 to 40% more cause my hands and boots has no rolls on BE.
Personally I go HMC (ER rope) + Bronya (160spd). If you have Gallagher then you should really build him to get a stable SP Econ, mine is Huohuo and I can tell you that you might have a hard time to sustain SP.
Well, atleast you can max her talent (her 30% Advanced Foward) for emergency sp generation since BH + Bronya combo is very sp-heavy (mine is running 161+160).

I think that is a good team, you could run into SP problems using HMC, so maybe Pela would be the better option.
