    (Turkish bazlama)
    Makes 12 bread
    250 ml of warm water
    200 ml of warm milk
    10 ml of sugar
    14g of active dry yeast ( 2 packs)
    1kg of all purpose flour
    10 ml if sea salt
    60 ml of olive oil
    200g of Greek yogurt ( or any thick yogurt)
    Mix the warm water , milk and sugar . Add the yeast, mix and let it activate for about 10 minutes.
    Mix the salt and flour in the bowl of your stand mixer ( or a large bowl if you are doing it by hand ) . Add the rest of the ingredients and knead till you get a non-sticky dough . ( if your dough isn’t coming together just add 1 -2 tbs of warm water ) . Oil your bowl and dough and let it rise till doubled in volume ( 60-90 minutes)
    Divide your dough in 12 , shape them in to balls . Coat them with olive oil and cover with a towel. Let them rise again for 30 minutes.
    Oil the dough ball if needed and roll it out to about a 22 cm diameter. Cook on medium heat for about 2 minutes each side. I used two pans to make it quicker. Keep the cooked bread in a clean kitchen towel so they don’t dry out . Serve warm or cold . You can freeze them in freezer bags , once cooled completely .
