I believe God worked for the Nagas through the FNR. Even though we have not reached the final destination, fatricidal bloodshed were reduced if not stopped to a great extent. I pray, we shall never return to those days.

I personally feel, Dr. Wati still holds the charge for OTS. I seriously do. I'm intentionally not elaborating but many who have brushed by OTS would understand better.
