Cederberg - Western Cape | top things to do off the beaten path | West Coast South Afrika 🇿🇦

From Kwazulu Natal we flew down to Cape Town. Our goal: to explore the Westcoast, or Weskus, for the first time! Straight from the airport, we took our rattly little car, hit the road in the direction north. Our first stop was Tulbagh, an incredible charming town in the Cederberg. Passing by Ceres we reached the Winterhoek Mountain Escape Range where we based ourself in a cosy cottage on a fruit farm. What an experience off the beaten path!

👋 hi. Would like to know what are the best towns/cantons to migrate with kids (English speaking). Let’s assume that money is no object. Zurich looks interesting but doesn’t offer lump sum taxation, so I’m not sure what to expect there. Danke!

I would suggest Zug. Taxes are low, there are a lot of international companies and therefore english speaking families. Nice nature, kids friendly. Bern and Zurich not. May be also Lausanne and Geneva.
