I like Tennessee for an expansion team. The Titans and Grizzles are the 2 biggest names there. Scheduling-wise theres no overlap with the Titans, and the NBA season ends in June. There isn't a MLB team there, so there is no competition for sports viewership from then to the end of the season. That still doesn't guarantee success but it's a start. Philly has the 4th biggest market in the country and that might be a draw but there is such a rich heritage of sports in the city with entranced fanbase in those sports. The other two are retreads and I'm not sure who would get the bid if it was between them. I think the deciding factor might be facilities. Teams that are associated with existing NBA teams might have an advantage there.
