this car is real to be build I don't see nothing too complicated,sure financial part will be tricky,but you have meany odds to make this dream come true...I would you recommend to switch to CATIA V5 and also test parts in AUTODESK INVENTOR
Why Inventor-is more accurate in the process of stress simulation and also can help you to reduce the unused mass,you can easily convert all the parts build in SW and vice versa

Could you design the headlights too? You could give the car a mean touch if you want to
ooh you dont have to worry about that. it wil take me another 2-3 weeks until everything is finished, i will add a bunch of stuff to the car.
