Hi Brian, one of my most important daily routine is watching your videos before bed! Getting my daily dose of life wisdom. Thanks a lot for your work.

Perfect example of #3 today. I have 6 books by my bed and I read a few pages from each and cycle through them. I realized I was reading to finish these books asap but I wasn't enjoying it so now I'm just going to focus on one at a time. Thanks Brian!

Thanks for these videos Brian, soooo refreshing. I think I watch you more than any1 right now on RUclips. The way you've structured your videos with 5 points for each book is super simple yet really great, i'm always looking forward to see these 5 points. I try to keep my phone on silence a lot, but sometimes its challenging when u need to answer texts, meetup people and u r reactive to the phone... I think the daily routine is huge i have a great daily routine but would I could improve is for example trying to be even more focused during meditation or going harder during exercise, that way i will go 'harder' in my other areas :)

There are many components to learning to focus better. One place I discovered which successfully combines these is the Wilfs Blueprint System (google it if you're interested) without a doubt the no.1 plan i've seen. Check out all the super information .
