This comprehensive routine combines the best of skincare products, DIY remedies, and practical tips to keep your skin healthy and glowing all summer long. Let's dive in!
    Step 1: How I Use SPF on My Face and Body 🧴
    Protecting your skin from the sun’s harmful rays is essential, and using SPF is the first line of defense. Here’s how I ensure my skin is protected:
    1. Choosing the Right SPF: I always opt for a broad-spectrum sunscreen with at least SPF 30 for both my face and body. Broad-spectrum sunscreens protect against both UVA and UVB rays.
    2. Application on Face:
    - I start by cleansing my face and letting it dry completely.
    - Then, I apply a generous amount of sunscreen. I use about a nickel-sized amount for my face.
    - I make sure to cover all areas, including the ears, hairline, and neck.
    - I apply it 15 minutes before going outside to allow it to absorb properly.
    - Reapply every two hours, especially if I’m swimming or sweating.
    3. *Application on Body:*
    - I use about a shot glass amount of sunscreen to cover my entire body.
    - Focus on areas that are often missed, like the back of the neck, tops of the feet, and behind the knees.
    - I reapply every two hours or immediately after swimming or excessive sweating.
