I’m cityscape and skyscraper geek and I scour the internet for images of Manchester City Centre as I used to live and work there. I absolutely loved this film. Those shots give a sense of scale and perspective which you seldom get with other footage. Thank you!

Great video matey. I lived in Manchester in the very early 2000's but haven't been back in more than 20 years. The changes are amazing. A very modern looking and dynamic city. I still love the fact there is that great fusion of old and modern. Need to go back for a visit. M
I'd love to relocate from the south east to the Derbyshire countryside with a trainline to Central Manchester. Sick of working in London and surrounding areas after 18 odd years. Manchester looks fun, and close enough to the peak district, Yorkshire dales, snowdonia and the lake district for frequent trips.
@@jakkk5551I would say do it especially if you are in your thirties or older. I moved from London to Manchester 20 years ago. No regrets. As you say, being able to visit the Lakes, Peak District and parts of Yorkshire more easily is part of the attraction.
Great footage. I visited a couple of weeks ago and the pace of change never fails to amaze me. With everything under construction or in the pipeline, that skyline is going to be completely different in a few years, so I hope you’ll still be making videos!
My home City to where I live now in the background ( at the start ). Great video, just come across your channel and your work is outstanding, you deserve everything you get.
I visited Manchester for a day, few years ago. I only knew the city centre, I like to could see the skyline from the green suburbs and Pennines on background. Great images! Greetings from Chile.
I am sincerely sorry for my inappropriate actions of using your pool as a restroom. It was completely disrespectful and unacceptable behavior, and I deeply regret my thoughtless act. I understand the immense inconvenience and disgust I must have caused you, and I want to assure you that this will never happen again. I take full responsibility for my actions and will do everything in my power to rectify the situation. Please accept my heartfelt apology and know that I have learned a valuable lesson from this experience. I will make sure to respect your property and boundaries in the future. Again, I apologize for my behaviour and any distress it may have caused you.
Thank you so much. Sun being out helps definition. Lot of hard work gone into this. Some shots of Throstle Nest and Cornbrook, not usually shown. Plenty more development in the undertaking.
Just, imagine - twenty (20) years ago, it was, just, the Beetham Tower! Now, look at that skyline! Breathtaking! Hopefully, the likes of Portsmouth and Southampton (in, the South), Birmingham and Coventry (in, the Midlands), Liverpool (in, the North West), Bristol (in, the South West), Newcastle and Sunderland (in, the North East), Sheffield and Leeds (Yorkshire), Cardiff (Wales), Dundee and Edinburgh (Scotland) and Belfast (N. Ireland) can start to build skyscrapers, in clusters, as well.
I think you need to come to Birmingham nd see the City Skyline from the M6 or the Spine Road going into Birmingham at Bromford and you would see that the Birmingham Sky Line out shines Manchester esily now
I saw that there will be some impressive towers going up in the next few years. Birmingham's skyline is getting better, all the time. But, right, now, Manchester's looks more impressive (if, you like it skyscrapers as I do!).
As of January 2024, there are 155 habitable buildings (used for living and working in, as opposed to masts and religious use) in the United Kingdom at least 100 metres (330 ft) tall, 118 of them in London, 20 in Greater Manchester, six in Birmingham.
Love this video with all the greenery. Wonder when they will be building on this land.😮😮😮 A lot of building will soon start at Etiad with hotel and fanzine. Millions being spent❤
@@no15minutecities Indeed, but the X3 camera is even better quality wise. Love the fact that I do not have to fly close to objects and structures anymore. The wide camera is excellent quality but I intend to use it only for landscapes or when flying very close to objects. The wide one is still the best for the low light. I will make another video of Manchester at night, wanna know how good the X3 camera performs at low light.
Hello. As a proud Mancunian I wanted to say what a great video. I run a small YT Channel that covers all sorts & I am planning a video asking the question Why is Manchester not one of if the world's great cities given all the achievements. I would like to ask, given your editing skills, would you be interested in making a video that has not been made by anyone else about our great city?
Thanks Stuart. My channel is relatively small also. All my Manchester videos are original and not made by anyone else or published by anyone else, so feel free to showcase any them to your audience, all I ask is to credit my channel for it at the description. Or I can make one for you if you provide me with soundtrack (I licence my music from soundstripe and it can not be used on multiple channels) Cheers

Where is Manchester in the UK in terms of its size and at the same time what position does it occupy here, from an economic point of view?
