Salvation comes through Jesus sacrifice of Himself on the cross. The Perfect Lamb of God who came to take away the sins of the world. Whosoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.
Queen Vashti represents Lucifer and how he fell from his place in heaven. Hamas represents how Satan works in the fallen world. The King represents God and the servants, eunuchs, and nobles represent different positions in His kingdom. Esther represents Jesus in His role as High Priest and leader of the remnant of Israel and Mordecai represents Jesus in His role as ruler of heavenly authorities. The book of Esther is a picture of the heavenly decree against humanity from Genesis 3 being overran by a new decree from Jesus once He ascended to the throne and gained all authority over heaven and earth.
Completely disagree. God told me in the secret place that "no one is good" while we were talking about this story and what people thought of Vashti. We all fall short of the glory, and she was not bad like you think. Sorry she had a mind of her own and did not desire to be displayed like some trophy and be objectified in front of those men. She didn't love that man and didn't want to be part of that. God knew her heart.

Talking down to me and saying I support feminist's beliefs is assuming things about me that are not true. I am a child of God, not a feminist. And I don't make a point to support feminist's beliefs. I said to God in the secret place that night, "But God, people say she is not good." He said, "No one is good." This also tied in with my personal life. God was trying to let me know that either I can be like Vashti and decide to not be with the King, or be like Esther and be used for such a time as this with the King. The choice is mine and he knows my heart.
