How do I get the plunger out I put a pick in the inside side hole and tried pulling the plunger out however they won’t budge
I normally use a pick but you can also use compressed air thur the feed hole BUT hold in a towel to stop it from flying
What’s the disc do?

@@EricksonMachinePerformanceyes, I’m about to do this with some early Hemi lifters. I’ll look to make sure you didn’t already do a video on rebuilding them in full though. Thanks.
