First time watching this interview. Chinua Achebe remains one of the greatest literary icons from Africa who rewrote the African story in the heart and minds of Africans. Keep resting in peace Legend.
The greatest African writer and one of the greatest people to ever put ink to paper.
It's always good to discover a writer I haven't read before but this was a fascinating portrait of Chinua Achebe and so I shall remedy that!
Humble and articulate … Rest in peace sir
Things fall apart is amazing.
My first time seeing his video. I would like to watch it more.. Inspiring
In 1990, he was walking fine with his legs, and later that year accident happened in Lagos. He was rushed to the US and remained there

Yes I liked mansa Musa, but more to life than money, more traditional dreams, good work author
Good stories, but from north Africa, not South Congo, I appreciate he promoted being a good person, good works though, record history and believe a better future
❤️
He owes Joseph Conrad alot of apologies, the problem with chinua, he had answers, before real facts. Wrote crap before idi Amin, nice fiction writer, good report though
3:10 hitting each other with sticks very interesting 😮
It is the people’s culture and no one is hurt in that process.
