This thing of being falsely accused of having a gun is a real thing, my uncle, in Durban, suffered the same fate years ago. Someone he had beef with told the cops he has a gun and they came to our house and beat him up so bad that he admitted to owning a gun knowing very well he has never even touched a gun before in his life

I stand corrected but the brutality he suffered in the hands of the police was rather unconstitutional, fuelled by racism, it is even worse that even a black police instead of intervention adds on the assault. Which brings us to the fact that there are a lot of loopholes within the police. Apartheid methods of police brutality in our new constitutional order is terrible.

This is unjust...let's look aside the torture and the 25 year sentence. He took that like a man. But a whole system of corruption that we seem to be okay with. It will hit home, to someone innocent, someone you know only then will u be crying for it alone. This man now know the law to an extent that he can make a great lawyer like the TV series called Life.
