I made the angler fish hat a few years ago. For anyone thinking about it, I just want to say that the instructions are fantastic! I hadn't done that much crochet from patterns at that point, but that pattern really walks you through it. Can't recommend it highly enough!
Firstly, thank you for leaving the photos up longer! It also irritates me when they flash up on the screen 🤣. The one Halloween ish thing I'm desperate to make is the Gothica pattern by Sixel Design. It really is beautiful! Xx
Aweee yay! It’s such a cool pattern, I’m glad you popped up to say it’s beginner friendly and you had a good time with it. It’s so hard to tell without actually crochet-ing through the pattern, so I’m happy others can share their own experience!
‼TW SPIDERS 3:14 to 4:23 and to a lesser extent 13:47 to 14:38 I actually do need these warnings. It's a phobia born out of trauma for me. On other note, Practical Magic as a whole is flawless. The outfits, the cast, that house (but mostly that kitchen)... You know how many times I tried recreating it in the sims?
I love this video! I spent a couple hours trying to find cute Halloween patterns but I have no one to gab about them with 😭😭 this feels like talking to your bestie about projects
The Feather Wing Shawl is giving me major Valkyrie vibes. With like a white dress, love it. My contributions to my halloween decorations this year are a crocheted pumpkin stack and spider webs, inspired by your video last year.
First! I truly was eating those specific sugar cookies while watching this video! Second thank you for including us crocheters in your round up! It's so true we have such a harder time wrangling good patterns I appreciate the hard work!
That’s such a good idea for people that don’t want to commit to a crochet sweater or maybe don’t like wearing crochet garments. I might have to do that 🤔 such a good idea!
I love the variety of items you showed, especially the tapestry, acorn, and Practical Magic tank. I’ve been searching for awhile for a crochet throw or blanket with Fall colors, in a design I like. I have a friend who loves Fall colors and I’d like to make something for her for next Fall.
With all these Halloween pattern roundups, you'll have to show us what you're actually making for Halloween! :) But this was a great roundup, a lot of patterns that hadn't crossed my radar!
Hello! I just can't believe, with all those treasures you showed us, you did not inluded The TWISTEDHATTER..... WHAT!😵 She is the GODESS Of Halloween crochet patterns, she's a complete artist, you have to share her Shorts videos. Please, do yourself a favor, and check her out She sells projects AND crochet patterns. She deserved an entire video! First time here I loved your video, and I'll come back!!!😉🤗
this was a wonderful list! why IS it so hard to find good crochet patterns?? love that skulls sweater and I’ve had the spiderweb video on my to-watch list since probably last Halloween too
What a great video! I loved hearing about how you'd approach each crochet design too if you were to make it :) I would love to make the spiderweb top and add some sequins or some yarn with some sparkle to make it look like it has some water/dew as a real spider web would have🕷🕸
I know the twisted toadstool hat is a very popular halloween pattern. It's a crochet witch hat with little mushrooms growing on it and a twisty end that's very cute.
Uuuh. The poisoned apples garland is brilliant. If you construct for it you could make an apple garland for fall and then "dress" the apples in the poison for halloween! Or the other way around, here in Denmark, in my family that are quite traditional especially when it comes to Christmas, we decorate for Christmas with apples too.
Twisted Hatter has some designs that are on my list. I'm currently working on the skull doily/parasol by Creativeaworksbyannie. Thanks for the video! Added some to my todo list
I have really been back into my crochet since I had to crochet lots of little items to hang from trees at a world mental health day yarn bombing my work was doing. I loved making little cats and mushrooms. I did come across the Halloween Cats Amigurumi by MedaamiPatterns and I think I need those in my life. Little cats dressed up as a ghost, a witch and a pumpkin. Sooo cute 🎃 🧙♀️ 👻 🐈⬛
Wow the tapestry items are gorgeous. I need to look into that. Thanks for the video. How a about a round-up of movie / tv show knitting patterns? The autumn decorations idea with the maple leaf blanket and the acorn cushion sounds so good! 🤩
I’d recommend pretty much any design from Sixel Designs, she makes mosaic crochet patterns that are all like gothic leaning so perfect for Halloween decor. I’ve placemats and cat beds from Sixel Designs and have plans for like a tote bag and a throw pillow.
Look up Helen Diaz Hilton AKA Restless Hooks Crochet. She has a ton of beautiful gothy wearables. Also, Spider Mambo has a ton of skull based wearable crochet patterns. Finally, Ann Wanamaker has a ton of beautiful skull doilies.
Thank you for all the recs! I haven't made it myself but I really like this skeleton doily called Postmortem on ravelry by Ann Wanamaker. I'm also thinking of making a tiny sweater garland with some scrap yarn for fall/winter decoration🍂
Such a fun video. I crochet, but also learning to knit and sew so I love your channel. Btw that blanket is lovely. Do you have a video of you making it or the pattern? 😊
The red blanket? It’s actually a sneaky adjusted version of the campsite waffle cardigan 😊 I funnily enough do talk about it here: ruclips.net/video/VHnbwfOsOok/видео.html
I think my OG comment was deleted because it had links- But an awesome project I've been. Wanting to work on is The Shining (blanket) by Kraftling - its inspired by the overlook a hotel carpet from The Shining
I'm always shocked by the difference in number of quality patterns for knit vs crochet too! I don't follow written patterns well so I tend to prefer watching video tutorials. And there seems to usually be a ton of pretty specific things for crochet but hardly any for knitting
It’s not a pattern but on rewatch I was thinking you could a version of the sugar cookie sweater but with characters from your fave Halloween movies like beetlejuice and NMBC
This was another great roundup. I need to make the skull and cones sweater. Megan Lapp/craftyintentions has so many cool amigurumi stuff, some of which can have Halloween-y vibes. For finding crochet patterns, I found a lot of the instagrams I follow sell on ribblr. I mostly follow people who make amigurumi/toys and blankets, so I don't know how good it is for clothing. I have the Halloween Cats Amigurumi bundle by Medaami Patterns wishlisted
i love how this just felt like a friend talking about their favorite crochet patterns!!
I made the angler fish hat a few years ago. For anyone thinking about it, I just want to say that the instructions are fantastic! I hadn't done that much crochet from patterns at that point, but that pattern really walks you through it. Can't recommend it highly enough!
Oh that’s so awesome to hear!

I looked that one up just now and it is so beautiful!!
@@BreathingYarn it really is! I absolutely love doing mosaic crochet xx
I have the yarn, I have the pattern. I just need the time… Such a gorgeous blanket!!!
Your cat wanted lovins the whole time😂😭
She’s an adorable dork
Hoping you collate some Christmas patterns and do the same videos, as your taste in patterns is impeccable 👌☃️🎄
I’ve got you covered ❄️ 🎄 🧶
Thank you for leaving the pictures UP the whole time! Lifesaver. Also, love your cat adding to the cute and cozy Halloween vibe, what a sweetheart.
I think she knows that October is her time to shine. Black cat appreciation month 😂 🐈⬛ 🥰
Thank you for leaving the image for longer, that is always what happens to me too
The lost souls shawl is such a cool looking pattern. 100% passes the vibe check
I just looked it up and 🤯It’s so beautiful!
@@BreathingYarn similar to the skull shirt you posted but a little more haunting than spooky
I love Megan Lapp! I've done one of her dragon amigurumi designs and it was challenging in a fun way and EXTREMELY well written.
I am so inspired . This will get my crochet mojo , mojoing
LOVE YOUR LEG TATTOO!❤❤❤ and the spider that’s so cool!!!
Thank you!
Your enthousiasm is sooo communicating! Thanks for all these great ideas!
I made the Who's There sweater last year, and it's so easy and quick! I think I finished it in less than a week. Very beginner-friendly too, imo.
Aweee yay! It’s such a cool pattern, I’m glad you popped up to say it’s beginner friendly and you had a good time with it. It’s so hard to tell without actually crochet-ing through the pattern, so I’m happy others can share their own experience!
8:55 I love the design of this sweater! Thanks so much for all the inspiration of crochet designs!
I really want to try that skull jumper in some kind of variegated or gradient yarn. Looks so cool.
Do it 🙌🏻

Yessssssss 🙌🏻
Yayyyyy loved this! All cute patterns 🥰
I made the spider so big for my niece she loved it!
Omg that’s so awesome!!!
The Feather Wing Shawl is giving me major Valkyrie vibes. With like a white dress, love it. My contributions to my halloween decorations this year are a crocheted pumpkin stack and spider webs, inspired by your video last year.
100% it’s so beautiful
Twisted hatter patterns are extremely cool! I bought two hats from them this season and hope to make at least one 🤩
The twisted bleeding tooth pattern is my favorite of theirs 🍄
First! I truly was eating those specific sugar cookies while watching this video! Second thank you for including us crocheters in your round up! It's so true we have such a harder time wrangling good patterns I appreciate the hard work!
That is the most hilarious coincidence! I haven’t had them since I was a kid and I think I need to pick up a pack.
first time watcher, omg your cat is the cutest little kitty ever i want to give them all the love in the world. 🖤🐈⬛
That’s pippin, she’s a sweetheart
The tightrope girl is a reference to the haunted mansion ride at Disney :)
I loved the variety of items in this video - I recently made a tote bag with the sugar cookie motifs on it and it was so fun, 10/10 recommend!
That’s such a good idea for people that don’t want to commit to a crochet sweater or maybe don’t like wearing crochet garments. I might have to do that 🤔 such a good idea!
Fantastic. I just got a huge shot of inspiration juice! I love those spiders. U r the best!
I forgot to drink my inspiration juice this morning! Thanks for the reminder
OMG THE FEATHER 🪶 WINGS SHAWL 🤩 and I’m a Skull 💀 loving girl so thanks for the sweater…I’m gonna have to learn to crochet
Love your kitty
Favourite round up vid this season 💜🧡💚🖤
That spider and acorn cushion❤
One of the best crochet list videos I've seen.❤ subscribed.
Wow, thank you!
Great finds! Thanks!
Thank you for keeping up the photos, easy tank crochet cami tops please easy…

this was a wonderful list! why IS it so hard to find good crochet patterns?? love that skulls sweater and I’ve had the spiderweb video on my to-watch list since probably last Halloween too
I feel like I need to do a deep dive to really figure out why it’s so hard. My curiosity has been activated

could it be that the poison apples are inspired by Worthikid's "Free Apple" animation? if you haven't seen it you should definitely watch it!!
