Sir I am a Regular GST holder of Bihar. Agar maine Gujarat ka koi Composite GST wale se mal lake Gujarat me hi supply karta hu, tab mereko RCM invoice raise kar parega kya, yeah Mera gujarat ka supplier B2B sell dikhaya ga ? As composite person can not sell Inter State

As a Regular GST holder in Bihar, if you are purchasing goods from a Composite Dealer in Gujarat and supplying them within Gujarat, here’s how the GST treatment applies:
      Key Points:
      1. Composite Dealer Limitations:
A Composite Dealer cannot make inter-state supplies under the GST law.
They can only supply goods or services within the same state and charge GST at a lower composition rate.
      2. Your Transaction:
Since you are purchasing from a Composite Dealer in Gujarat and supplying within Gujarat, this is considered a local supply (intra-state) in Gujarat, not inter-state.
      3. RCM Applicability:
If you are buying from a Composite Dealer, they cannot issue a tax invoice or collect GST from you.
The responsibility to pay tax may fall under Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM) only if the goods/services fall under the notified category for RCM.
If not covered under RCM, no GST is payable on such purchases.
      4. Compliance by Composite Dealer:
The Composite Dealer will show this sale as a B2C transaction because they cannot raise a B2B invoice (as they do not collect GST).
      5. Your Sale from Gujarat:
When you supply the goods within Gujarat, you will issue a regular B2B invoice (if the buyer is registered) or a B2C invoice (if unregistered) and charge applicable GST as per the regular scheme.
      Practical Steps for You:
Verify if the goods you are purchasing are under RCM notification.
If RCM applies, you will need to self-account and pay GST on such purchases.
Ensure that your GST filings properly reflect the local purchase and sale Transaction
