It's been playable on Switch emulators & Mali hardware, you just need a more powerful chipset, like the Dimensity 8200 & above. I think I've even seen Breath of the Wild working with Dimensity 7300/7300X-powered phones, as well. Honestly, the fact that you have to find or convert Wii U roms to even work, it's easier just to emulate it via Switch anyways, even though technically the Wii U version would be easier to emulate without too much of a loss of quality, compared to the Switch version.
